Workshops: Learn about lymphedema, its causes, signs &
symptoms, who is "at risk", how to minimize the risk of

Lymphercise: Regular scheduled free drop in Laughing Lymphercise classes in
Kitchener-Waterloo are hosted by HopeSpring (www.hopespring.ca) and
held most Thursday mornings in the gym at the Redeemer Lutheran Church, 78

by Caring Treatments Massage and Lymphedema Clinic and will run once a season.

The Hearth Place
Lymphedema Support Group – provides information, emotional and
practical support for those with lymphedema, and for those at risk
