Group: Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month at
St. Joseph’s Lifecare Centre from 6:00-7:30 pm. Hosted by Pam Monarch, RMT,
CDT, these meetings will be an opportunity for individuals to receive
information on self care/maintenance and education in regards to

The goals are to provide confidential information sharing and peer support
in a relaxed informal setting. Periodic use of guest speakers on related
topics, and discussion on the best ways to successfully manage and live
with this lifelong condition. The group meets 5 or 6 times a year, usually

Lymphedema
Educational Workshop: occasional workshops are offered free of charge
by Caring Treatments Massage and Lymphedema Clinic and will run once a
season. Information may include updates on research and treatment,
understanding the lymphatic system, exercises, self-care and treatments,
garments, and how to minimize the physical, emotional, social, and

The Hearth Place
Lymphedema Support Group – provides information, emotional and
practical support for those with lymphedema, and for those at risk
following breast cancer treatment. Learn how to detect symptoms early and
develop strategies to manage the challenges of lymphedema. The group meets
every third Thursday evening of the month usually from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. 86

Information Sessions: Learn the facts about
secondary lymphedema, how to self-monitor, important lifestyle
recommendations, when and where to go for help and exercises to delay the

Go with the Flow: is an exercise program designed for
breast cancer patients to minimize and reduce the risk of lymphedema. To

Information and Support Group: sponsored by the LAO in connection
with Wellspring and providing informal peer support for individuals and
families in a caring and confidential setting. Sessions are held on the
second Thursday of the month between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm at Wellspring in
